Conditions:Seabad Dragon Palace must be completed.
He wants to visit the Seabed Dragon Palace to look for treasures. He will meet you at the beach (near the Old Turtle). Meet him on the beach and talk to the Old Turtle again. He's already inside the Palace, but is talking to a Dragon Maiden, who gives a treasure box on the proviso that it is not opened until you get to land. However, when opening it Taro turns into an old man, so another trip to the Palace is in order to find the cure. When you get there, it's not so easy obtaining the antidote. The catch is that you have to beat a Level 160 dragon (and Level 80+ sidekicks) to obtain the antidote that will change Taro back.
