Walkthrough:
Drift ashore and come to a very poor village (Kelan Village , North Island). A girl by the gate (Mary Lou) says that you can ask the Astrologian if you have any questions.
The astrologian's house is just south of the cooking pot -(Civilian's House). Go in, and ask for the Augury. When you try to leave, she will come up to you and give you the tent and a notebook to help you in the future.
