Found: If you reach the Top of Kama Cave, you can Pick up her Special Weapon in a tree. Then, her Amity Level will go up.
Niss can be found at the Northernmost of North Island, activating the quest The Mysterious Maiden. You can see her asleep close to a tree. Wake her up, but do not be worried if you cannot understand what she is saying because it's impossible to find out. She'll join your Team after you "talk" with her.
It's highly recommended that you get her Special Weapon. Not only will her Amity go up, but the weapon itself raises MATK by 25 and MaxSP by 100! It gives her the ability early on to use Sky Thunder twice in a battle with no recovery time, very devastating.
Here are her two only skills:
- Sky Thunder: 110sp (Magical)
- Magic Recovery: 26sp (Assistant)
Sky Thunder: Hurt multiple targets with Thunder.
Massive Damage.
Attack Way: Distance.
Max Rank: 12
Skill: Giant Bolts of Blue Lightning are conjured onto the target and causes Massive Damage. At the cost of 110sp, it's definitely something to use only in case of an Emergency. But if you have lots of SP recovery materials, you can use it more often. It is upgradeable so the Damage your enemy takes can greatly increase as Niss Levels up. But only a skill to consider when needed.
Magic Recovery: Recovers Spell.
Assistant Skill.
Attack Way: Aid Skill.
Max Rank: ??
Skill: Gives the Target extra SP. Not very useful and recovery Level is low. Overall, not very useful. Stick to Normal Attacks or Sky Thunder if you must.
