In SE Holy Village, Granny is standing by the well. If you talk to her, she will tell you the well is making strange noises. Then, she will leave through the portal on the far left to SW Holy Village.

If you follow her, she will be standing near a tree on the left. Talk to her again to receive the Auntie's Fungus Soup quest.
