Go inside Kelan Village and talk to Doll by the Stew Pot. He needs pepper for his stew and tells you to go to see Emilie. Go to where Kelan Rock Cave is and she is standing there. She asks you a Question. Answer her and get the Pepper and take it back to Doll for your reward.
